Top Two Favourite Style Jeans

I love jeans, I practically live in them and I have thousands of different kind of jeans. We all have our own personal favourite style & brand, however, mine are Topshop's Mom jeans & Jamie jeans.

Whenever I get jeans they always have to be high waisted because I've always hated wearing anything lower down as I find it ridiculously uncomfortable. I feel like high waisted also suit me the best for my body shape.
I always used to be obsessed with just skinny jeans, but recently I've been loving to wear the Mom jeans, I never thought I would actually like them on me, but they are so comfy!
However, the Jamie jeans have been my favourite for years as I think they are super flattering and they are also quite thick which I love as I'm not really a fan of super thin 'jegging' style jeans.

Topshop will always be my go to for jeans!

Triple Chocolate Brownies

I am obsessed with baking at the moment and find it super therapeutic. At the moment I've been loving to make brownies as they are my all time favourite.
Here is my recipe:

Ingredients:

185g Unsalted Butter

92g Dark Chocolate

92g Milk Chocolate

50g White Chocolate (my favourite to use is Green & Blacks for all three)

85g Plain Flour

40g Cocoa Powder

3 Large Eggs

275g Golden Caster Sugar

Method:

Cut 185g unsalted butter into smallish cubes and tip into a medium bowl. Break up the milk & dark chocolate into small pieces and drop into the bowl with the butter. Fill a small saucepan about a quarter full with hot water, then sit the bowl on top so it rests on the rim of the pan, not touching the water. Put over a low heat until the butter and chocolate have melted, stirring occasionally to mix them. Leave the melted mixture to cool to room temperature.

While you wait for the chocolate to coo, position a shelf in the middle of your oven and turn the oven on to 160 degrees conventional fan / 180 gas 4. Then cut out non-stick baking parchment to line the base of the tin. Now tip 85g plain flower and 40g cocoa powder into a sieve held over a medium bowl, and tap and shake the sieve so they run through together and you get rid of any lumps.

With a sharp knife, chop 50g white chocolate.

Break 3 large eggs into a large bowl and tip in 275g golden caster sugar. With an electric mixer on maximum speed, whisk the eggs and sugar until they look thick and creamy, like a milk shake.
Pour the cooled chocolate mixture over the eggy mouse, then gently fold together with a rubber spatula. Plunge the spatula in at one side, take it underneath and bring it up the opposite side and in again at the middle. Continue going over and over in a figure of eight, until the two mixtures are one and the colour is a dark brown.

Hold the sieve over the bowl of eggy chocolate mixture and resift the cocoa and flour mixture. Gently fold in this powder using the same figure of eight action as before. Finally, stir in the white chocolate chunks.

Pour the mixture into a prepared tin and then put it in the oven for 25-30 minutes, if its not quite done, put it back in for another 5 minutes until the top has a shiny, papery crust and then leave to cool.

I love these brownies so much they are so delicious, so I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

Spring Dress

I love dresses, I wear them all year round. However, Spring dresses are my absolute favourite! They are usually quite floral (which I love) and also quite lightweight, which is great for layering!

Stripes & Suede

Suede is one of my favourite materials, it's super soft and looks so good as a jacket or as a skirt. I'm obsessed with this skirt as I can dress it up & down so it's extremely versatile! I'm also a huge fan of stripes, I literally have a wardrobe full of stripes! So of course I couldn't help but put my two favourite things together.

Staying Organised With Kikki.K

I never really used to be the organised type, I'd almost always leave things to the last minute and would never really get anything done. However, now I am 18 I decided it would probably be best if I became a little more organised (especially as I am now at uni).

I spent ages trying to find the perfect planner, even watching youtube videos of people unboxing their planners, which surprisingly became incredibly entertaining.
I eventually came across Kikki.K which is a Swedish stationary company (they have a shop in Covent Garden however, I got mine online). It was everything I hoped, colourful & cute. I also went crazy and ordered a lot of stationary such as adhesive notes, A5 notebook, To Do lists, pens, stickers, cute sellotape and the paper lovers book (which has more stickers, lots of colourful paper and DIY envelopes etc).

I am obsessed with stationary so having all the added bits really helped me get more organised as I would sit at my desk at the end of the day and write down everything important but make it much more creative and to my liking.

I really hope I can keep up with being organised as it is making my life a lot easier and I don't find myself stressing about deadlines as I have already planned it all out.

Let me know if you keep a planner/ how you stay organised!
